JFSI strives to bring the people of South Sudan together and united so as to exert much effort in promoting peace, reconciliation and development and raising the living standard of the people, regardless of their gender, religious, creed and/or political affiliation.
The Benefits of a Community Garden
It prevent and relief suffering of elderly people and children either individuals or families from lack of foods and nutrition which always resulted in suffering from malnutrition when malnourished because many live below the poverty line as villagers' feeds for less than 1 dollar a day, but worse part, majority have 1 meal per day which always resulting in being malnourished in South Sudan and particular in Jonglei state which has been affected by wars for decades

We participate in fostering social and economic development in the area by improving the standard of living through provision of basic social services and engaging in strategic investment activities

We strive to mobilize resources, aimed at reducing the poverty levels and provide proper and correct enlightenment, sensitization of the people on important public issues;

Educates about gardening, nature & cooking
We facilitate favourable environment, effective motivation and wide opportunities for the communities to undertake activities to enable them to tap into the peace economy and improve their incomes;
